Email hello@stitchobsession.com. It goes straight to Ruby, who reads every message herself.
Expect a reply within two to three days, and sooner if you are stuck mid-round — those get answered first. If you are reporting a mistake in a pattern, please include the pattern name and the round number. That is usually enough to find it, fix it, and put the corrected round up the same week.
There is no phone number and no postal address here: this is a one-person shop run from a table, and email is the only thing that reliably gets answered.
